Certified Personal Trainers
Trainer and Owner
Voted among the top 3 best physical trainers by the Mountain Xpress 2 years in a row, Taija Ventrella applies her training to help others alleviate chronic pain from bad posture and muscle imbalances, as well as assisting in the body’s healing processes after injuries and surgeries.
Having suffered from chronic migraines for many years, Taija knows what it’s like to walk the fine line between exercising for relief from chronic pain and making it worse. After struggling with multiple occurrences a week, she discovered that smart, safe exercise could reduce the number and severity of her migraines. One of her greatest passions is watching clients transform from being nervous and unsure about their abilities, to feeling wonderment and appreciation for their bodies . . .
