Having suffered from chronic migraines for many years, Taija knows what it’s like to walk the fine line between exercising for relief from chronic pain and making it worse. After struggling with multiple occurrences a week, she discovered that smart, safe exercise could reduce the number and severity of her migraines. One of her greatest passions is watching clients transform from being nervous and unsure about their abilities, to feeling wonderment and appreciation for their bodies . . .

Farrell Lenoble has been exploring the various methodologies in the fitness world for about a decade. After experiencing a back injury from an ego-fueled weightlifting accident, his training shifted dramatically toward the world of movement. London Uk Native, Lucy has always enjoyed a strong connection to health and fitness. She was a dedicated gymnast through out her childhood and naturally progressed to coaching. Lucy taught competitive quad gymnastics from the age of 16 – 22. This teaching experience set the course for her life. Lucy went on to train in many different styles of dance and studied to become a fitness professional, gaining qualifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Thai Massage and many other complimentary courses . . .

She draws from all these to find the movements that get clients excited about the process of reaching their fitness goals. Katrina is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and writes programing that focuses on correcting posture and muscle imbalances, building a strong core, and everyday movements for functional fitness. Gaelyn is an orthopedic physical therapist and trainer with a passion for movement and the human body. She grew up bouncing off the walls, trampolines and sofas and continues to bring that levity to her professional practice. She is a board certified orthopedic specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association . . .
