“Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person – not just an employee – are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled. Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability.” – Anne M. Mulcahy, Xerox CEO
It’s no secret that exercise doesn’t just benefit the body; it also benefits the brain.
With regular workouts, individual’s ability to focus improves, as does mental stamina and memory recall.
Many people that begin a fitness routine find they have an easier time sleeping and eating better, which leads to more alertness, in addition to other health benefits.
Happier, Healthier Employees
When your company begins a training program with us, you’ll see your team become more engaged at work. By improving team cohesion and building a team ethos, your workplace morale will improve.
Have you ever had a boss that made you feel so valued and wanted at your job? If so, you know that it can make or break your love for the work. Employees who feel valued feel invested in the company and its success, and as long as they keep feeling valued, they keep feeling invested.
Lower Healthcare Costs & Less Missed Work
Not only does fitness decrease long-term disease risk, decreasing your health insurance costs, it also decreases the effects of shorter-term maladies.
Minor illnesses, stress, back pain, and headaches are among the top reasons for missed work. And guess what? Exercise decreases the effects and duration of all of them.
“When people are financially invested, they want a return. When people are emotionally invested, they want to contribute.” – Simon Sinek

As practitioners of corrective exercise, we know that each particular profession taxes the body in its own specific way. Whether your employees find themselves hunched over a computer or on their feet all day, we employ methods that reduce the impact of repetitive movements and reduce your employee’s chance of future injury.
How does this work? With any repetitive movement (and sitting still is a repetitive movement), some muscle groups get overworked, while others get underworked. Over time, the overworked muscles become tight and shortened, while the underworked muscles get weak and lengthened. This is called a muscle imbalance, and it can put a lot of stress on a body. Muscle imbalances can cause all sorts of injuries and conditions, some of which may eventually can become more serious and require surgery.
Corrective exercise actually reverses the damage done by repetitive movements by strategically relaxing the overworked muscles while strengthening the weakened muscles. Corrective exercise improves posture and overall mechanical function of the musculoskeletal system. In doing so, it decreases the likelihood of injury.
Our training programs will bring your company measurable results. In addition to increased cohesion between team members, you’ll also see increased productivity, improved company morale, and lower healthcare costs.
