HIIT & Run (lunch times)

In this 40-minute express class, you’ll get a great workout and still have time for lunch! We use High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to get your heart rate up and give you that post-workout afterglow! HIIT training takes advantage of a phenomenon called afterburn or Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC), which allows your body to burn more energy from a shorter (but more intense) workout – even after the workout is over!

Boot Camp

We’ve got you covered from head to toe with this total body workout that will challenge and change you. This cardio and resistance class uses an HIIT-style workout that will keep you on your toes. We get out all the toys for this class, making use of everything that Vitality Fitness has to offer. We draw inspiration from sporting activities, obstacle course training, and movements from everyday life. Every exercise can be made easier or harder depending on your needs. So what are you waiting for? Ten-hut!

Booty Werk!

Back by popular demand! That’s right, it’s a full hour dedicated to the beauteous gluteus! For those who want to a bangin’ ba-donk-a-donk, this class features exercises to tone and grow a bootylicious back-end. Music may contain explicit lyrics and will often be butt-themed. Booty booty booty booty werking everywhere!
