Group Workouts for Every Body!

- Want a supportive environment of fun people, but don’t feel like you fit in with most people you’ve met who exercise regularly.  

- Have tried taking fitness classes at big gyms, but they didn’t offer you the support or customization you needed to thrive in the program.

- Are not interested in working out to shrink yourself or to fit into narrowly-defined beauty “ideals,” you just want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident. 

- Find language around weight loss and appearance-based fitness goals triggering or uncomfortable.

Imagine stepping into my plant and rainbow-filled studio and meeting three other awesome people who are all on a journey to reject toxic fitness culture, get strong, and feel better in their bodies. 

We’ll get to know each other with a brief check in while we warm up, then we’ll do a scalable, customizable workout. Workouts are designed with multiple options to fit your body and needs, and classes are small enough that I can give you a bit of personalized attention. This creates an environment where people who are brand new to fitness can work out alongside folks who have been doing it for years, and we all support each other with encouragement and camaraderie. 

We’ll wrap up with a cool-down and check out, so you can give me feedback about your experience and make sure you’re leaving feeling better than you came.

Three different fitness class formats:

Siren Stamina 🧜

Circuit training class aimed at increasing your general fitness and conditioning. Use a variety of fitness “toys” - dumbbells, kettlebells, steps, TRX, yoga balls, etc.  Class is limited to 4 people. 

(Mythical)Beast Mode 🦄

Strength training focused. Use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to increase muscle mass and get super strong. Limited to 3 people. 

Fascia Fairy 🧚

Self-massage and stretching to feel limber and relaxed. Use massage balls and foam rollers to lengthen and relax muscles and connective tissues. Leave feeling refreshed! Limited to 5 people.

Aim to work out 2-3 times per week for best results. 8 classes for $280, or get an 8 class monthly subscription for $240.

3. Sign up for classes on a weekly or monthly basis

Don’t snooze on it - some classes are already filling up! But as the program grows, I’ll add more class times!
