My posture in 2007

Before I started doing this work, my head rested in front of my shoulders, my shoulder shrugged up to my ears, and I had neck and shoulder pain, which caused a lot of headaches and migraines, ALL THE TIME.

My posture now, in 2022

I find it easy to stand tall, and am hardly ever plagued with a tight or achey neck and shoulder area. I have fewer headaches, and a greater capacity to do work with my arms and shoulders without causing pain.
